First of all, nobody would disagree that travelling by air is more convenient than other transports. For one thing, taking an airplane uses less time. Therefore, it is convenient that we could arrive where we want to go quickly by plane. For another thing, it is comfortable by air. The waiting room is not as crowded as that in the train station. There are some wide seats so that you can feel comfortable. Therefore, taking an airplane which is comfortable is a convenient way travel. People can take a convenient transport by using less money.
In addition to this, more people are able to travel by air after the air travel becomes cheap. People who can not earn much money can also have the remarkable service. They could also go somewhere convenient and quick as the rich do. Therefore, travelling by plane becomes cheap is of great importance to people.
However, air travelling pose a threat to the environment. The tail gas can pollute the air. There are more people choose to go travel by air so that the air will be polluted seriously. If taking an airplane is more expensive than what we can afford, there are will have less pollution. Therefore, travelling by air can do harm to the environment.
In a word, travelling by air becomes cheap has it’s advantages and drawbacks. On one hand, it can make our life more convenient and comfortable. On the other hand, it pollutes the air.
