An English speech contest is going to be hold in our school for our students in order to improve their oral English and create a better environment for speaking English. It will be hold at room X on the Xth floor in the (teaching) building at :00 am/pm, Dec. th. From diyifanwen.com.
我们学校将举行一次英语口语演讲比赛，目的是为了改善同学们的英语口语水平以及创造一个良好的对话平台(环境)。口语演讲比赛在我们学校的楼室12月日下午点分举行。
The first three winners will be given prizes. We will have five English teachers and a student representative as judges. We are inviting you to come to our contest and we will be very honored if you could come.
前三名将会得到奖励。我们将会邀请5名英语老师以及一位学生作为评委。如果您允许，那我们盛情邀请您来参加我们的比赛，做我们的评委。
